Allergy Testing and Desensitisation Allergy testing and desensitisation is an excellent way of reducing the load on the immune system, leaving it more able to deal with the everyday stresses and strains of normal life. During a treatment session not only will you be tested for foods and chemicals, you will also be tested to see if there are any residual or ‘ghost’ infections remaining, or antibiotics and/or inoculations that have not been processed completely, putting more strain on an already overloaded system.

This system is painless and is suitable for everyone, babies, young children, teenagers and adults. There is no need to put any potential allergen into the person being tested as the testers are kept outside the body and are just held, or rested on the patient. The treatment session lasts for 90 minutes and the desensitisation process takes a number of weeks to work through depending on the patient and the allergens concerned. The principles of homeopathy are applied when normalising a response to a substance that has previously caused and allergic reaction.
